Why does my Samsung Galaxy 3 10.1 tablet keep shutting off.

I bought the 3 because I had a wonderful experience with the first one. This one shuts off by itself even when it has a full battery. The only way it stays on is when its plugged into the charger. SMH....It has never been out of the house and never been dropped. I am the only person that uses it. And I've had it for 2 months. Can someone please help me. I feel really cheated right now!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Was this a brand new Tab 3? What happened to the previous one? Does this one completely power off on its own? What does the battery graph look like in Settings>Battery?
