Sony Experia Z3v No Caller ID

When an incoming call comes in I get no alerts other than the ring tone. I cant see who or what number is calling. Doesn't matter if the screen is off or on. The icon to answer the call doesn't even pop up. Just switched back from Windows and can't figure out what I may have turned off. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Dialer/Phone app, tap Menu, then Settings, and see if there are any Call Settings you can adjust regarding caller ID.

Experia z3v, what a meesed up junk of a phone, freezes constantly gets extremely hot and dies, another verizon branded junk like the droid turbo with all the same problems!
