Why is my original Android Box remote won't work anymore?

I've had my Android Box ,model ICE TV CUBE, since December! All has been good! Even last night it was working ok! But since this morning, it seems to not reconise the remote anymore?? I've tested all the batteries..all good!!!
And there's no button on the box to make a reset!!!
And whitout the remote fonctionning at all, i cant do nothing?

Do you guys have any solution? I've tried a lot of reserch on Google, but with no succes!!

Welcome to Android Central! I would guess the remote simply broke. These off-brand devices straight from China are not known for good quality control. See if you can contact the manufacturer for support, but that may be difficult, since support from these kinds of companies is usually minimal or nonexistent.
