... Help I have the droid RAZR maxx and it was working fine. but then i dropped it and my screen cracked . now my home button and back button and the other button will not work. i factory reset my phone and that didnt work . please helppp

The digitizer was probably also damaged in the fall. Sadly, the only things that can be done is either have it repaired, or replaced.
