    I just bought a boost hydro icon about a month ago brand new and have not been able to use my voicemail even once because when I try to set it up, it just rings busy. Ive ordered this visual voicemail service hoping that would tap into it but now I'm just paying for nothing because it still just rings busy.
    Can someone help me pleeeeeease?

    You need to call Boost Mobile and tell them to ENABLE your Voicemail service.

    No voicemail access with boost
