Why is my netflix not working on my Samsung Tv

It says it has encountered an error and when I click to check problems it lists a device model MTK_MT8552 I am unaware of this device, I think possibly someone used this device to put netflix on this device.

i8552 looks like a cpu that may be in your tv???
