I'm switching into a replacement..how do I transfer all my music and pictures so I don't lose them?

im switching into a replacement....how do i transfer all my music and pictures so i dont lose them?

My screen is defective so I've got a replacement.... But how do transfer everything from one phone to the other? Im afraid I'm gonna lose all my music. I do have a memory card from an old old android. This new phone has a SIM card also,

When you mean everything do you mean files, apps, app data, etc...
