It won't recognize my fingerprint and I don't remember my alternative password!! So how can I get into my phone?

It won't recognize my fingerprint and I don't remember my alternative password!!

I accidentally selected fingerprint as my form of password and when I tried to swipe all 10 fingers, it did not accept one. It then asked for my alternative password and I forgot that password. This is the only option it is giving me "alternative password" and after numerous entries, it just says, try again in 30 seconds. NO other option is given. Please help, I'm locked out of my phone.

Try using your Google account details online.
Alternatively take the device to your network provider or carrier for assistance.
