Since the latest update, I get almost Constant UI Sytem has stopped messages.how can I stop them?

Since the latest update, I get almost Constant UI Sytem has stopped messages..

I have the Nexus 5. Every little while, I will get a message about the UI System stopping. The only way yo stop it is to restart the phone about 10 times. I've tried reporting it but I'm only able to do so about 1% of the time. I've done the partition cache clear & everything else I can think of or has been suggested to me.
