Hello,

Trying to find people that have worked with US Cellular no contract plans, particularly in Nebraska.

I've ran side-by-side between Verizon and US Cellular in central Nebraska in a large building with Verizon winning on the voice side, but...

Looking at the 1GB and 2GB US Cellular deals online data speeds are slowed after the 1 or 2GB for a hotspot, which what I understand stomps on Verizon i.e. no hotspot via phone!

TIA

Verizon allows tethering if you pay for it.

As far as the "unlimited" data, it's unlimited in amount, but since the speed drops to almost nothing after about 2GB, you probably can't download more than 3GB/month if you're downloading 24/7 for the entire month. (The "slow" speeds give new meaning [or really old meaning] to "slow" - less than 48kbps. That's like 15 minutes to load a web page.)
