It depends on the phone. Odin is for Samsung phones and SamMobile has Samsung ROMs. If it's a Samsung phone, follow
[Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN. It's not just "something you can do yourself", it's boring. Click a few buttons and sit and watch paint dry.
If it's not a Samsung phone, it's pretty much the same procedure, but with a different program, maybe different button presses to get to download mode and a different ROM.
(If it's a Samsung on AT&T or Verizon, you probably can't, though. They have a "minimum version" setting that can only go up, not down, so once it's at 5, you can't go back to a 4.x ROM. Which is why I'm still on 4.4.2.)
