Why can I not install Google Play Services on my BB Classic?

I have a BB Classic and I have installed Google Play Store and it appears to be functioning correctly however when I try to launch "Play Games" it won't run and it then brings up a window that tells me "This app won't run without Google Play Services, which you are missing from your phone." I then go through the installation, accept, etc... and after that a window quickly pops up saying "unable to install on this phone"

BB OS won't support Google Play Services.

You can do a couple things:

1) Install/sideload Snap which is a native Google Play app. Snap 2 or Snap 3 beta

2) Install the Google Play APK on your device following these steps:

Of course the Amazon Appstore comes pre-installed on 10.3.x
