Huge amount of ghost data on my mobile phone.

I'm using a Wiko Rainbow and for some reason there is a lot of 'ghost' data on my phone. I have tries multiple fixes, but none worked. Even when I downloaded ES File Explorer and checked my drive with it, it didn't find any of this ghost data. Only solution remaing is rooting, but I'll only do that if really neccesairy.

I can't post a screen of my data usage, because the site won't let me.
