    Im wanting to know is there a way to remove filters off a pic. It's a screenshot?

    If the screenshot has already been saved as JPG or PNG, then it's not possible to remove any filters.

    It really depends on the filter. If you redden the picture (not make it red and black, but make it a bit "warmer"), you can "blue" it (make it a bit "cooler") after it's taken, defeating what the red filter did. If you used a parchment filter, or a sepia filter, no. Those aren't really filters, they throw part of the picture away and add some things, and you can't undo that.
