I only have one app on my Samsung tablet and nothing else will download

I have the my talking Tom app on my Samsung tablet and I go to the app store to find another app well it won't let me download anything else.

I would suggest you start by factory reseting and building from scratch since that is the only app on the device. Perhaps there is something going on with that copy, something could have corrupted your Google account.
