Welcome to Android Central! Are the photos stored on the microSD card or Internal Storage?

When you connect to the computer via USB, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB connection notification and select MTP. On your computer, open Windows Explorer, and look for the Thunderbolt listed as a device. Open it, and look in the /DCIM/Camera directory--photos saved to Internal Storage should be there. You can drag and drop them to your computer hard drive.
