    There is a white dot that can be moved around by your finger that runs apps such as the calculator and various other apps on the screen.

    There is something in Developer Options that shows visual touch feedback....do you mean that? When you touch the display, a white disc appears briefly wherever you touch. But you can't move it around.

    If you have a Samsung phone I think that white dot is the Toolbox. Take a look here to learn how to switch it on & off and different configurations.


    If your phone is not a Samsung maybe you installed an app called Floating Toolbox. Just uninstall it.

    Is the Samsung toolbox, the app from the Play Store or something else? Which phone do you have? Try to post an screenshot of that circle.
