I hate how the emojis automatically change the set of whatever to a little android. Even from other people I get the little android.

Emojis are built into the phone, and can't be changed system wide. However, if you are using a third-party service, such as WhatsApp or Hangouts, then the emoji will reflect that of the service.

    What phone do you have?

    Welcome to the forums!

As mentioned above, every system has their own set of emojis. The only time you'll find a standard is if you are using a service, such as WhatsApp, and that service has their own set of emojis built into the application unless the phone's standard is used.
