recently a tower is under installation in our area, it is hardly 50 m from our house

I don't know a ton about EMF radiation that these create, but I wouldn't worry. Basically the radiation they emit isn't dangerous to humans and pretty much every reputable site agrees with that. The ones that claim towers and such to be harmful are from conspiracy sites and have been largely debunked. I even read one article that mentioned people claimed a new near by cell tower was causing them problems but the tower hadn't even been turned on yet. I'm sure it's possible they had real symptoms, but it would have been placebo effects at most.
