hi. i bought this phone used from the internet and the previous owner claims there was nothing wrong with it.
The phone is supposed to be 4 months old and lightly used. Everything works perfectly apart from the fact that sometimes the phone suddenly dies. Black screen, no communication. Start button or volume buttons don't work and the only way to turn it back on is either take the battery out, wait for a few seconds and put it back or plug it in. If i plug it in the charger i get a battery sign with a loading circle in the middle and if i then press the start button the phone turns on and it's normal.
I've tried to find an explanation but no one seems to be having/ ever had this issue.
Any ideas what the problem is?
Also, any ideas if i should give it back and get another one or just take it to LG and ask them to fix it?
