When phone rings and I answer I can't hear anything

I installed the little i-Zettle application and card-reader and I guess in the process I changed a setting but I can't find where. Now when the phone rings and I answer I can't hear anything. The "normal" sound icon at the top of the screen is OK, but there must be another mute function somewhere that I can't see.

Try to record a voice memo and play it back over the earpiece speaker as opposed to the speakerphone speaker.

If you can hear the voice memo over the earpiece speaker, that means it's probably software related might fix it.

If you still cannot hear the voice memo over the earpiece speaker, the speaker may be broken/defective, you are probably better off taking it back
