why am i hearing a beep noise while on the phone?

do i need a new phone? A new carrier? I want a easy solution not some time suck oh try this or try that. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I have this same effing issue. I also now have anger issues and want to smash my phone every time I hear it. I'm with TMobile. I've been reading and I think it's a phone problem.
