    I was going through my text messages this evening and I accidentally deleted a text message I did not mean to delete how do I go about finding it and restoring it

    There really is no way to recover deleted texts. There are programs out there that can be installed on a PC that say they will recover text messages, but they basically work the way most deleted file programs work by looking at your memory for the file that is tagged as being able to overwrite the memory area where the file was stored. Most cost and some don't work if you have continued to use the memory location, because the data overwrites sections it sees as available. Your best bet at this point is to ask the sender to resend the text and to run an SMS backup moving forward. I've heard there is a way to save messages to your SIM but I'm not exactly sure how that works, but again you have to do it, they don't automatically go there.
