My otg pendrive not getting detected by iball 1026 q18 tab

I own a iball 1026 q18 tab running on kitkat. Out of box my otg pendrive worked well, but suddenly one day it stopped working. I changed pendrive and checked. no use. I once done factory reset through backup and reset in settings. Anybody please help me to get a solution. Thanks in advance.
