Kyocera Echo that is stuck in bootloop,

wont factory reset wont turn on, hard reset doesnt work either it just:cool:turns off and on, over and over, wont get pass boot, I cant get in it to factory reset it and I cannot hard reset it, I've tried different button combinations with the power and volume +and- but the only results are sometimes a green light and no boot and sometimes an orange light, no boot, what do these lights mean? some kind of download mode? When I attach it to my PC it will read it as a modem while its booting but then shuts of and on, How can I fix this? I've tried the drivers and ECHO USB Driver - sy11_setup.msi only loads halfway and shuts down. Thanks:-!
