Can't access VPN settings

Hi! I'm having trouble with my settings. I can't access the part of VPN. I'm not on a VPN server, it's the setting part that doesn't work. When I click on it, shows me the message "The configuration has stopped". And when I try to install a credential, the same message appears. I really don't know that to do!

It sounds as if the VPN app has a bug.
