So, I dropped my phone running in a 5K...my phone STILL WORKS, despite the screen cracked.

3 weeks later, now it won't charge. Get the Incompatible Charger alert...and I'm using the Original Charger. I've tried 2 other original chargers, tried charging off laptop-won't charge. I'm thinking this might be covered under manufacturer's warranty...but my glass is broke and costs $250 to replace....
    WHAT TO DO??

Will manufacturer cover it with a broken screen if my phone won't charge?

Where's the best place to buy refurbished phone?

    Welcome to Android Central.

The message may be showing because of damage to or dirt in the USB port. Have that checked. The USB lead may be suspect, too.

Or the motherboard could have cracked in the drop and taken 3 weeks to develop an electrical problem. That's not covered under warranty either. (It's physical damage, regardless of what broke when you dropped it.)
