Are the contacts associated with your Google account? If so, then they should automatically sync with your Google Contacts in the cloud. If they're associated with the Phone account instead, then you have to export the contacts as a .vcf or .csv file, then import that file into your Google Contacts. See this part of my guide:

Photos are easier. The easiest way is to connect the Streak to your computer via USB, then swipe down the notification panel on the Streak and tap the USB connection notification. Make sure it's set to either MTP or USB Mass Storage. On the computer, open Windows Explorer and look for the Streak's photo directory (which is usually /DCIM/Camera), and drag and drop the photos to the computer's hard drive. Now you can copy those photos over to the microSD card inserted into the computer's SD reader.
