I deleted my music off internal, I was told to turn on debugging mode and then I could find out how to recover my music

If you still need debugging mode, go to Settings/General/About device, and tap the build number 7 times. (Yes, Google is that silly.) Then back and you'll see Debugging right above About Device. You can go in there and enable USB debugging. But you don't use debugging to recover deleted files, from everything I know, you use a file undeletion app, like DiskDigger undelete (root) (and the phone must be rooted - you can't recover deleted files from an unrooted phone.)
