Outlook contacts not syncing regardless of what I do
Okay so I got my new OnePlus One today.
The contacts for my Outlook account are not syncing whatever I do. I went to contacts and selected ''Add account'' then chose Exchange. I entered my email address and logged in... Emails are synced fine but contacts, calender etc are not!
Stupidly enough, upon finishing adding that account, another pop up starts again requesting I add another account for my contacts; this time when I select exchange and put in the same email it says it is a duplicate!
I have tried using the outlook app as well and this has no effect whatsoever.
This has been extremely frustrating and is making me regret my purchase.
Can anyone tell me what is up here because it is completely bizarre how something so simple has become stupidly complicated
