Android 4.4.4 stuck in boot loop. How can I get out of it?

Android 4.4.4 stuck in boot loop.

I have a Ruach quad core tv smart box with Android 4.4.4 installed. Went to use it and now it is in a boot loop. Used the reset button held for ten seconds on power up and now have "No Command" with a dead robot. As I have no other switches/buttons on this box I am at a loss what to do. Any advice appreciated greatly.

Welcome to Android Central! I hate to say it, but you're probably out of luck. These kinds of off-brand devices are more likely to have firmware or hardware defects, as well as minimal to no customer support. You're also unlikely to find any kind of sizable user community for forum support. Sorry!
