deleting default message reply when I am on the phone and another call comes in?

When a client called in I was on the phone, so I hit the I am busy call back later instead of I'm in a meeting. The client was totally insulted.
Please Help, I would like to customize a more professional default message.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? That setting is usually in the Phone app's settings. Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings, and look for an option for Call Rejection Messages.
