I have a 2 year old HTV beatstudio - the key board keys 123 have stopped working.

The touch sensitivity has been getting worse for general use. Certain letters of the keyboard have always been difficult to use. Press one key in many different areas of the key and you just get the closest other keys. Any suggestions please?

I would contact their support team and see what it would cost to have it repaired. Might be the best route to ensure it gets fixed correctly the first time.
