My samsung phone keeps shutting off and I am getting touchwiz, samsung keyboard errors

my phone keeps shutting off. I am also getting touchwiz not working, also getting the same error for app home, samsung keyboard,

i have soft booted and did a hard reboot. this has not helped.

Please help,
