When dealing with any company you want to make sure they can give you a ticket number to reference and document names or employee numbers so that you can refer to certain person(s) you have spoken with. There likely is some sort of department beyond the customer service employees you speak with via phone or online chat. Ask to speak with a manager and see where that takes you.
