    I would like to use my windows live mail contacts as my address book for my gmail account. How do I move (export) them?

    Welcome to Android Central! Follow the steps in the Export Contacts section of this page: How do I import and export email, contacts, and calendars with Windows Live Mail? - Windows Help. Export them into a .csv file.

    Now import those contacts into your Google Contacts: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14024?hl=en

    I tried these steps and ended up with the email address in the notes section of the individual contacts. That isn't terribly helpful for addressing email messages quickly. I am working with Windows 10, and Windows Live Mail 2011. I guess I'll try exporting the contacts from Google and then comparing the csv files.

    Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!
