apns setting and data usages are not working please help?

see apns setting and lots more setting of data is being changed and no in it original so my data is not working by applying net pack also

The APN settings have to be the ones your carrier uses - each carrier uses different settings. (The only thing that doesn't matter is the name - you can call it anything you like.)
