How can I fix an 520 4.4.2 apn problem?

uhappy 520 4.4.2 apn problem

i have a new phone "up520" great phone, android 4.4.2 and there is no option to add or edit apn
i see just a black window....
i m an android new user..., i have root on phone...what else can i do ?

Welcome to Android Central!

When you go in to your mobile networks in your settings and go to the APN settings there is not an option in the top right to add a new one?

If the carrier disabled the option, you can try a few APN apps. One of them might get past whichever part the carrier disabled and allow you to add one or change the settings. Just search the Play Store for apn.
