My wife's P 3100 goes to samsung logo only, please assist me.
1. It turn on as usual until the Samsung logo
2. It stays static
3. If you wait for around 10 minutes it goes to language option and if you are patient you can go to Google playstore settings
4. Before or after you choose your setting, a pop up messange tells you to update your Dropbox repeatedly.
5. After you chose settings on playstore it goes back to static again and requires you to charge battery.
6. It cannot be turn off, it will turn off as it prefers.
