I am hoping that I don't have to go to Chrome to find my most common Web pages. I am wanting to cease a short cut to go directly to a designated page on a Web site. Is that doable?

Don't think so on Chrome but can be done on Firefox. I use both. Download Firefox from play store; open & search. Get web site you want and "long press" then select "add to home page"

Try this. Go to Chrome and open one of your favorite pages. Tap on the three dots top right and select "add to homescreen". Done. A shortcut was created for that page.
