How To Transfer All Data To A New Google Account

I'm not sure where to post this, but is there an easy hassle free way to transfer everything from one Google account to another? I've searched, but all the articles I find are a couple years old and I'm hoping there are better and easier methods now. Now that I'm older, I've created a new, more professional sounding username. I don't really want a bunch of accounts and logins to mess with. I want to keep it simple. So if possible, I would like to transfer all my Google related data to this new account.

This page will allow you to create an archive of your data. https://www.google.com/settings/takeout
Actually importing that archive into another Google account? I'm not sure how that would be done. You should be aware, your purchases on Google Play are tied to the account used to make the purchase, you would need to work with the developer to see if they will assist you with "transferring" that purchase to the new account if they allow you to.
