Why do multiple phone related tabs open every time I make a phone call ?

why do multiple phone related tabs open every time i make a phone call ?

when i get my phone close to my ear , and start a conversation , tabs keep opening , last calls tab , contacts tab , etc....
have to close / back button one by one to get to end call button , sometimes 5 or 6 . driving me crazy . any help ?

It sounds like you proximity sensor is not working right. What phone do you have?
