Using Samsung HM1000 on my LG stylus 3G. Why can't I hear people while on calls through my Headset?

using samsung HM1000 on my LG stylus 3G.

I can hear the voice but others cant hear when calls through Headset is made, Have to disconnect the Headset. Media voice is through on this Headset.

Have you tried un pairing the headset and then re pairing it again?
