    Fed up with Samsung, their lack of software updates & that they mislead potential customers about when the "supposed software updates coming." Called Tech support 2x today & was told they have NO Knowledge of the Froyo update release for the Fascinate in the US!!! I told them I will never buy another Samsung product & am selling mine.

    Ok, calm down. You're getting mad at the wrong company. Samsung released Froyo for the Galaxy S (I'm assuming includes ALL the US models, not just the ones we know about), and right now it's in the carriers' hands. If you want to b*tch to someone, give Verizon a call. I don't mean that in a rude way, I would just love to see thousands of people call the carriers up and complain, even if it would do no good.

    If this is the case then why doesn't Samsung say this? All of their recent communiques have been about how they're holding back because they're still testing the deployment or that they're trying to make the update as smooth as possible.
