    Welcome to AC.

    Use the Volume Up or Down button - it doesn't matter which - to select the action that you want from that list, then press Power. It depends on what you're trying to do, but Wipe Cache Partition is a good idea from time to time, and will cause no loss of personal data, so I would suggest that you select that. Otherwise, select Reboot System Now.
