I have a metro lg ms 395 that I have rooted and I what to bypass metro block can I do it there the root menu

If they're blocking it on their end, you can't unblock it on the phone. Most carriers caught on to people unblocking it on the phone, so they no longer do it that way. (They still have it turned off inn the phone, because it won't work if you turn it on - the way you did - unless you pay for tethering, and they unblock it.)
