how to remove incognito tabs from my mobile

When I click on a link, some strange site opens up - not the one I wanted. How to stop this nuisance.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device, and which browser? I'm not sure how this all goes together--are you in Incognito Mode in Chrome? And are you clicking on a link while in Incognito mode that is opening up a strange site? Or are you in normal mode, and a link you click is opening up an Incognito tab?

What link is it? Is it in a popup? As a rule of thumb, never ever click on links in popups, since they're almost always bogus ads or links to malware.
