My car Bluetooth has lost half my contacts,and turned around the way they are displayed. How can I fix this?

my car bluetooth has lost half my contacts,and turned around the way they are displayed.

The phone contacts are fine but will not download to the car, it seems to be since installing lollipop5.

Welcome to Android Central! Which car? With my Nexus 5 and a 2008 BMW, I had to go to the Contacts app, tap Menu>Contacts to Display, and select Customize (instead of All Contacts), then select pretty much all contact groups. That seemed to work for me.
