people say I should turn it off or reboot it but in order to do that I would have to press the touch screen and that's not working, I have tried to take out the sim card and memory card but nothing changes and with my htc I can't take out the battery.
last night I answered a whatsapp call and it was fine but during that call I tried to put it on speaker and ever since then it has been unresponsive, what should I do?

Thanks. It is unfortunate that they weren't more clear about that. People have a tendency to look at product specs and descriptions on a manufacturers website and then order elsewhere. I guess it will be easier to just order the car charger separately now since I already have the mount.

Try holding down the power button until it powers off completely. Or power and volume down. See if that gets it to power off.
