How to unlock android's screen lock if forgot password? not pin or pattern.

I have forgot screen password and couldn't find the way to unlock my screen

Just curious to know what phone do you have? Also, do you have a Google account? If so, sign in to Google and go to your account Sign-in & security and go from there if possible.
